Ingredients
- 50 grams sesame/til
- 25 grams peanuts/shengdana
- 25 grams split channa dal
- 25 grams dried coconut, grated
- Oil
- 1 pod garlic, cleaned and crushed (optional)
- 5 green chillies
- 4 red chillies
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon tartaric acid
- Salt and sugar powder as per taste
Preparation
- Roast 25 grams sesame and peanuts and grind.
- Heat oil. Sauté channa dal. Add garlic and green chillies.
- Add ground sesame and peanuts.
- Add the remaining items, mix and cook till ready.
