Ingredients
- 2 large just-ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ pod garlic, crushed
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce or
- 1 Jalapeno/green chilli, finely chopped or
- White pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup coriander, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
- Cut avocados lengthwise, scoop out and add lime immediately. Mash smooth.
- Add garlic, tomato and onion. Mix.

Add Tabasco sauce/chilli/pepper and salt followed by coriander. Mix well.
Serve as a dip with corn chips or carrot sticks, or eat as a spread.
