Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- Salt as per taste
Preparation
- Cut the cabbage into quarter inch slices and discard the hard core.
- Wait for 5 minutes to enhance its health-promoting benefits before cooking.
- Slice capsicum and mix with raw cabbage.
- Heat oil, sauté cabbage and capsicum as crisp or soft as desired.
