Ingredients
- 1 beetroot
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ inch ginger (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black salt/kala namak
Preparation
- Peel and chop beetroot, carrots and apples into small pieces.
- Put all the pieces with ginger in a juice extractor.
- After extracting the juice from the juicer, add lemon juice and salt.
Cool and serve.
